Welcome to BetHog. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our platform at https://www.bethog.com/. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. We strongly encourage you to review this document carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the BetHog crypto casino platform.

To use our services at BetHog Casino, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

  • You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to you.
  • You may only hold one account on our platform at any time.

We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and withholding of funds pending review.

2.1 Restricted Jurisdictions

Our services are not available to residents of the following countries and territories: Australia, France, Netherlands, United Kingdom, United States, Comoros, Cyprus, Ontario (Canada), Afghanistan, Belarus, Burma (Myanmar), Burundi, Central African Republic, Côte d'Ivoire, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Libya, Mali, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Venezuela, Yemen, and Zimbabwe. We actively enforce these restrictions and may close accounts found to be in breach without prior notice.

3. Currencies and Payments

Here at BetHog, we operate exclusively as a crypto casino. We do not accept fiat currency, credit cards, or bank transfers of any kind. All transactions are conducted using the following nine supported cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), Solana (SOL), Binance Coin (BNB), Litecoin (LTC), Tron (TRX), USD Coin (USDC), and Ripple (XRP). All values are quoted in USDT equivalents. We provide a self-custodial wallet environment — you retain control of your funds at all times subject to these terms.

3.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your account within minutes of network confirmation. Minimum deposit thresholds per coin are as follows:

  • ETH: 0.0088
  • USDT / USDC: 20
  • SOL: 0.05
  • BNB: 0.1
  • LTC: 0.17
  • TRX: 82
  • XRP: 6 (approximately 20 USDT)

All deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x) before a withdrawal request can be processed. We will not process withdrawals on unplayed deposits.

3.2 Withdrawals

We process withdrawal requests to the same cryptocurrency wallets used for deposits. Minimum withdrawal amounts per coin are: BTC 0.0002, ETH 0.02, USDT 5, SOL 0.05, BNB 0.1, LTC 0.01, TRX 10, USDC 5, and XRP 1. Most withdrawals are processed the same day, with many being instant. We may require up to one business day if an account is flagged for compliance review. Withdrawals are restricted while a bonus is active on your account. We may periodically adjust per-account withdrawal limits and schedules without prior notice.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

Our BetHog Casino welcome bonus offers first-time depositors a 100% deposit match up to 1,000 USDT on their first qualifying deposit. A minimum deposit of 20 USDT is required to activate this offer. The following conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

  • Wagering requirement: 35x the combined deposit and bonus amount.
  • Maximum bet while a bonus is active: 5 USDT per spin or round.
  • Maximum win from bonus funds: 10x the bonus amount.
  • Bonus expiry: 30 days from activation.

All registered users at BetHog are automatically enrolled in our VIP Rewards program. We award XP points based on wagers placed across our platform:

  • 1 XP per $1 wagered on Originals, Blackjack, Baccarat, Craps, Hi Lo, and Video Poker.
  • 3 XP per $1 wagered on other casino games.
  • 5 XP per $1 on sports bets; 10 XP per $1 on sports multis.
  • Bonus-funded wagers count at 50% of the standard XP rate.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account found in breach of these rules, and to void any associated winnings or balances where prohibited conduct is confirmed.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform — including trademarks, logos, game assets, software, and written content — is the exclusive property of BetHog Operations Ltd or our licensed partners. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any of our intellectual property without our express written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

We provide our platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that our platform will be error-free or available at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services — including losses arising from network failures, cryptocurrency volatility, or third-party service interruptions.
